We are happy to create a tailor-made itinerary fulfilling the individual wishes of our guests. There are plenty of options such as guided city tours, visitations of museums and archeological sites, national parks, wine tastings etc. You are only limited by your imagination!

Necessary down payment

• 1^st down payment: 30 % of the total amount immediately after receiving the first invoice
• 2^nd down payment: 30 % of the total amount four months before tour begin
• Final payment: 30 days before the charter date.

Cancelation fee for the entire group from the 1^st of December 2024

• until 120 days before the charter date: the down payment is kept as a cancelation fee
• 120 – 90 days before the charter date: 60% of the charter price
• 90 – 30 days before the charter date: 75% of the charter price
• 30 days and less before the charter date: 100% of the charter price

By cancelation of individuals 7 days before the charter date, the requested catering and all additional accomplishments (bike hire, extra programs etc.) will be charged in full.

In regard to the Covid Pandemic and in addition to our regular cancellation terms, a free cancellation or rebooking of your tour is possible 14 days prior if an official travel warning or quarantine measures at the time are unavoidable and prevent you from taking part on your planned Islandhopping trip.
